Hello, I'm Dr. Nguyen. My role is to partner with your general dentist to provide advanced surgical care without you needing to travel to a different office. I believe the best care happens where you are most comfortable—in your "dental home."
As a Board-Certified Periodontist, I have completed three additional years of specialized training focused specifically on gum health, dental implants, and sedation. My goal is to make your procedure as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Understanding Your Procedure
Dental Implants
Implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. They act as artificial roots, providing a stable foundation for a crown. The procedure is typically performed under sedation and is often less painful than a tooth extraction.
Bone Regeneration
Sometimes, there isn't enough natural bone to support an implant. We use specialized bone grafting materials to rebuild your jaw's foundation. This ensures your implant will be stable and aesthetic for the long term.
Soft Tissue Grafting
Used to treat gum recession. We gently add tissue to the area where gums have pulled back to protect the tooth root and improve esthetics. This reduces sensitivity and prevents further bone loss.
Extractions & Preservation
When a tooth cannot be saved, we perform "atraumatic" extractions designed to preserve the surrounding bone. We often place a bone graft at the same time to prepare the site for a future implant.
LANAP® Laser Therapy
A minimally invasive laser treatment for gum disease. The laser specifically targets bacteria without cutting the gums, resulting in faster healing and less discomfort than traditional surgery.
IV Sedation
Your comfort is our priority. With IV sedation ("twilight sleep"), you will be deeply relaxed and likely won't remember the procedure. We monitor your vitals continuously to ensure complete safety.
